Prior to GSP, Max worked at H.I.G. Capital, where he was on the Direct Lending team focusing on investments in the consumer and business services space such as Orange Theory Fitness and Global Franchise Group (Round Table Pizza, Great American Cookies, Marble Slab Creamery, Pretzel Maker and Hot Dog on a Stick). Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Max worked at HSBC in the firm's Leveraged and Acquisition Financing group. Max holds a BBA in Finance from Emory University in Atlanta.
