Richard Tetrick began working at his family’s funeral home in Elizabethton, TN in 1968. A third-generation funeral director who inherited his unwavering commitment to compassionate personal service from his father Donald and his grandfather Glenn “Pappy” Tetrick, Richard grew the business from that one Tetrick Funeral Home to one of the largest and most prestigious companies in the industry.

When Richard and his son Tyler were looking for a partner to maintain the family’s legacy, culture and superior standards of service, they turned to Garnett Station.

We are extremely proud of our strong partnership with Richard and Tyler. Every major funeral home acquiror in the country courted the family. They chose us.
